I purchased Tata Punch EV at FPL Motors, Rajakilpakkam last month and it was a smooth experience from day 1. Mr. Yogesh attended me the first day and i checked for a test drive. i was expecting a time to be allocated, but luckily the car was readily available and i did the test drive immdiately. Automatic and EV was first experience for me and it was so smooth. In the next 2 days after some online research on the model i chose (empowered +) and paid advance. Yogesh assured me of 15-45 days of delivery. In the next week, he confirmed that the vehicle was in transit and the second week i got the car transfered. No hassle, no tension. Just smooth experience. The whole showroom staffs (specifically Ms. Vijayalakshmi) are courteous providing you a good wholesome experience. Is there any area for improvement?
